Paulina Szymanska is an experienced professional in international business development, currently serving as the International Business Development Manager at Arval BNP Paribas Group since October 2011. Throughout their tenure, Szymanska has held various positions, including Global Tender Manager, International Account Executive, and Sales Coordinator, focusing on global tenders management, client management with a portfolio of over 20 international clients, and coordination of commercial activities between Arval HQ France and Arval Poland. Prior to Arval, Szymanska worked at Special Olympics as the Accreditation and Visa Manager, overseeing the accreditation process during the 2010 European Summer Special Olympic Games in Poland and managing visa processes with embassies. Earlier experience includes serving as Public Tenders Manager in the IT sector for a local private business, handling public tenders across Poland, Germany, Austria, and the UK. Szymanska holds a Master’s degree in German Studies from the University of Warsaw and completed a scholarship program in German Studies at the University of Hamburg.
