Suzanne Ford has extensive experience in customer experience and transformation, currently serving as the Head of Customer Transformation at Arval BNP Paribas Group since December 2012. In this role, Suzanne is responsible for shaping the international customer experience strategic vision and fostering a customer-centric culture across the organization. Suzanne has previously held various leadership positions at Arval, including Head of Customer Experience and Head of Customer Services in both the Corporate and SME Divisions, where significant contributions included implementing customer service strategies, developing training programs, and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. Prior to their tenure at Arval, Suzanne worked as a Credit Risk Manager at Allstar Business Solutions Limited and held roles in finance and credit analysis at Arval and Bank of Scotland.
