Isabel Mertens

Isabel Mertens is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Arvantis Group, a position they have held since January 2021. Isabel is also the Founder & Managing Director of Impact Investments at Arvantis Social Foundation gGmbH, starting in July 2021. Prior to these roles, Isabel worked as a Consultant at Bain & Company from September 2019 to November 2020. Isabel also worked at UBS, where they served as the Assistant to the COO Europe from March 2018 to June 2019, and participated in the Graduate Talent Program from March 2017 to February 2018. Isabel's earlier work experience includes being a Working Student at Palmira Capital Partners from January 2016 to November 2016 and a Fellow Intern at McKinsey & Company in June 2014 to August 2014.

Isabel Mertens completed their Bachelor of Science in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2015. Isabel then pursued their Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from the same institution, which they completed in 2016.
