Rachel Hellier

Rachel Hellier is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of ICT Solutions at ArvatoConnect since October 2022. Previously, Rachel held the position of Business Solutions Lead at Liverpool City Region Combined Authority from November 2020 to October 2022, and served as IT Solutions Architect at Merseytravel between April 2014 and November 2020. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at arvato UK & Ireland from September 2010 to March 2014 and began her career as an IT Systems Administrator at Polymorph Ltd from September 2006 to September 2010. Rachel completed a Master of Business Administration from Liverpool John Moores University in May 2023, after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computing with Networking Technology from the University of Lancashire in 2006.
