Alyssa Jones

Alyssa Jones is an experienced Scrum Master currently at Arvest Bank since November 2023. Previously, Alyssa served as Manager of Delivery and Programs at Flexcar, where Agile and Scrum practices were established within a growing team. At SitePen, as a Technical Project Manager, Alyssa led multiple client projects using Agile and waterfall methodologies. In various roles at Capital One, Alyssa focused on Agile delivery and project management, leading cross-functional teams within the SAFe framework. Alyssa began their career with an internship at Capital One and worked as an office assistant at the Texas A&M University Transportation Department while pursuing a BBA in Management Information Systems at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University.
