Stephen Vincent

Stephen Vincent, CPA, CAMS, currently serves as the BSA Manager at Arvest Bank since December 2022. Previously, at the Bank of Oklahoma from July 2015 to February 2025, Stephen held the position of VP, Senior Investigations Manager, and prior to that, worked as an Officer and Senior BSA/AML Investigator from April 2013 to May 2015. During this time, responsibilities included identifying and analyzing suspicious transactions, preparing investigative reports, and leading special projects related to AML controls. Stephen also has experience as an Experienced Associate at PwC, where engagement management and team leadership were key duties. Early career positions included teller roles at SpiritBank and BancFirst, along with an internship at Samson focused on reserves and economics. Stephen earned a Master of Science in Accounting from Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2010.
