B.arch Blair Cressy

Blair Cressy, B.Arch, PMP, has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and project management. They have held various roles in different companies, starting with Arvida Group Limited as Head of Design since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ockham Residential as a Development Manager and Senior Project Manager from August 2022 to January 2023. From June 2021 to August 2022, Blair served as the Design Manager - North Island Lead at Calder Stewart. Before that, they were employed at Precon Project Management, where they held the positions of Senior Design Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Design Manager & Project Manager from 2016 to 2021. In 2020, Blair worked as Director - Development Manager at 21B Property, providing development and project management services. Earlier in their career, Blair worked as a Project Manager at RDT Pacific from September 2015 to March 2016 and Rebbeck Dunn Watters Ltd from September 2013 to September 2015. They started their career at CPRW Fisher Ltd. as a Graduate Architect, where they were responsible for a range of projects, including commercial retail fit-outs, corporate commercial interior office projects, residential, and educational projects. Blair's expertise includes designing, managing projects, liaising with clients, project managers, consultants, and contractors, as well as developing design ideas and delivering design presentations.

Blair Cressy has a strong educational background in the field of architecture and project management. In 2003, Blair completed a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (BAS) degree at The University of Auckland, followed by a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) (Hons) degree in 2008 from the same institution.

In terms of project management, Blair obtained the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2015. Additionally, Blair has acquired further certifications related to project management, including becoming a Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies in June 2021 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2013.
