Cynthia van de Sandt

Cynthia Van De Sandt has a range of work experience spanning from 2006 to the present. Cynthia started their career at Madan Engineering, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant and Accounts Payable staff for a decade. After leaving Madan Engineering, Cynthia joined Express Sheetmetals as a Payroll Administrator and Accounts Payable staff for a year. Cynthia then moved to Arena Living, where they initially worked as an Accounts Payable Coordinator from 2018 to 2021, and later transitioned to an Accounts Payable and HR Assistant role until November 2021. Cynthia then joined Arvida Group Limited in November 2021 when they acquired Arena Living, serving as an Accounts Payable Coordinator and HR Assistant until June 2022. Following that, Cynthia worked as a People and Culture Assistant at Arvida Group for three months before transitioning to their current role as a People Coordinator, which they have held since October 2022. In addition to their corporate experience, Cynthia co-founded H1 CrossFit in 2019, where they have been involved as a Co-Founder for three years.

Cynthia Van De Sandt attended Glenvista High School from 2000 to 2004. After completing their high school education, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Johannesburg from 2006 to 2010.
