Susan Peterson

Susan was appointed a Director of Arvida in November 2020. Susan will hold office until Arvida’s next Annual Meeting, at which point she will stand for re-election by shareholders.

Susan is an experienced business leader with a particular interest in helping companies to drive growth through technology, innovation, and organisational culture. Susan is currently the chair of Vista Group and a director of Xero and Property for Industry. Susan is a Tribunal Member of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal and is a trustee of non profit Global Women.

Susan’s past directorships include Trustpower, ASB Bank, The NZ Merino Company Limited and Compac Sorting Solutions. Susan is also a past member of the IHC board and the National Advisory Council for the Employment of Women.

Susan was a finalist in the 2014 Westpac New Zealand Women of Influence Awards and holds a BCom and LLB from University of Otago.
