Kelly Maier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Kelly started their career in 2005 as an Associate Sales Representative at Mosaic Sales Solutions, where they successfully drove sales of Epson products in retail stores. In 2006, they joined MarketSource Inc. as a Senior Sales Associate, achieving outstanding sales results and conducting product demonstrations for Hewlett Packard.

From 2008 to 2010, Kelly worked as an Associate Geographic Technician at Navteq via Kelly Services, gaining skills in proprietary tools and global production operations. Kelly effectively applied basic navigation attributes to source material and ensured compliance with database specifications.

In 2010, Kelly transitioned to Nokia L&C (formerly Navteq) and took on the role of Project Coordinator 1, where they played a key role in coordinating tasks, activities, resources, and schedules to meet project needs. Kelly then advanced to the role of Project Coordinator 2, demonstrating their ability to effectively manage project execution.

In 2014, Kelly joined HERE Technologies as a Senior Project Coordinator, collaborating with global stakeholders and customers to build High Definition 3D maps for autonomous driving vehicles and proprietary software. Kelly actively participated in product backlog grooming and facilitated daily meetings to measure the impact of software delivery.

Most recently, in 2018, Kelly joined Arvig as a Project Manager, where they provided proactive leadership and successfully managed company-sponsored projects. Kelly facilitated effective project planning and implementation, tracked project performance, and ensured projects were delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. Kelly also coached and mentored peers and developed project staff.

Throughout their career, Kelly has consistently demonstrated strong project management skills, customer collaboration, and sales expertise.

Kelly Maier obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead, where they studied from 2000 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications. In December 2013, they earned the certification of Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ. In July 2013, they also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Their latest certification, the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), was obtained in December 2017 from the Project Management Institute.
