Ilaria Conti

Ilaria Conti currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Research at Arvinas, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Ilaria was Vice President of Global Early Stage Clinical Development in Oncology at ADC Therapeutics from March 2023 to September 2024 and held the title of Executive Director of Early Clinical Development in Oncology at AstraZeneca from August 2020 to March 2023. Earlier career milestones include working as a Medical Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company from 2006 to 2010 and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Dana Farber Cancer Institute from November 2001 to November 2004. Ilaria's education includes a PhD in Medicine, Specialist in Pulmonology, and an MD from Università di Pisa, along with a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico Ettore Majorana in Lucca.
