Meriç Tanzer

Meriç Tanzer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They started their career as a Trainee in the purchasing department at ETI Group in 2007. After that, they worked as a Call Center Representative at Bilesim A.S. from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Meriç joined DHL as a Customer Service Representative, where they provided excellent customer service, handled inbound calls, and coordinated shipments. They later became an After Sales Nightshift Specialist at DHL, where they organized special pick-ups and deliveries for key account customers and communicated with DHL countries in different time zones.

From 2016 to 2016, Meriç worked at Modanisa as a Team Leader and Outsource Manager. In this role, they motivated and monitored the performance of a non-TR back office team and managed outsource partners such as call centers and cargo companies.

In 2017, Meriç briefly worked as an At Home Technical Advisor at Apple. They then joined Teleperformance Turkey as an Operations Supervisor, where they supervised multiple projects, measured team performance, provided feedback, and ensured team motivation and commitment.

Meriç's experience also includes working at Google as a GoogleAds Sales Reception Desk Team Leader from 2018 to 2019. In this role, they motivated the team to achieve targets, prepared performance reports, and provided coaching when needed.

Currently, Meriç is working at Arvis Games as a Junior Game Designer, where they are involved in game design and oversee production pipeline to ensure it aligns with the design.

Meriç Tanzer attended Anadolu University from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a degree in business management with a GPA of 2.14.
