John Byrnes serves as the Vice President of ERTC Operations at Arvo Tech since January 2022, while also acting as International Tax Counsel at Byrnes Law, LLC since 2019, specializing in tax legal services for multinational corporations. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Global Tax at Vertiv Co. from 2016 to 2018, where leadership in the formation of a global tax team was established, and as VP-Tax & Chief Tax Counsel at Cardinal Health from 2005 to 2016, overseeing international tax planning and execution of a significant spin-off. Earlier, John held the position of Director of International Tax & Tax Counsel at NCR Corporation from 1994 to 2005, focusing on various aspects of international tax planning and compliance. John Byrnes holds a JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University.
