Muneeb Khan has been working in the tech industry for over a decade, currently holding the position of Team Leader Tech Support Call Center at Arwen Tech since August 2007. With experience in managing a Unified Contact Center Enterprise environment with over 200 agents, Muneeb has also worked as a Sr. Network Support Engineer at AMFCO International from July 2003 to July 2007.
