Mircea Iuliana has a diverse work experience in various industries. They started their career in 2016 as a part of the IT department at the Ministry of Labor. Later, they worked as a telebanker at CREDIT EUROPE BANK (ROMANIA) S.A. for two years. In 2018, Mircea joined RADCOM as a programmer and held this position until January 2022. In 2021, they briefly worked as an insurance agent at ASIROM - Vienna Insurance Group. Currently, Mircea is employed as a software engineer at ARX Alliance, starting in February 2022.
Mircea Iuliana attended the Universitatea Româno-Americană din București from 2014 to 2017, where they studied Informatica Manageriala. Mircea then pursued a Master's degree in Sisteme Informatice Manageriale at the same university from 2017 to 2019.

The company has developed a new Third-Party Cyber Risk Management (TPCRM) software platform, which allows companies to monitor cyber-security across their supply chain networks. ARX gives corporate users the ability to detect weaknesses and actualcyber-attacks by linking together companies and their suppliers within a protective “cyber-security alliance”.
