Stefan Roebel

Stefan Roebel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as COO and Co-Founder at ARX Robotics since February 2023 and as Founder of Katana Venture Capital, Stefan's previous roles include Senior Vice President Global Operations and Vice President Global Operations at Grover, where significant growth was achieved. Prior to Grover, Stefan held the position of Head of Operations EU at ASOS.com and Senior Operations Manager EU at eBay Enterprise/Radial Inc. Additionally, experience as an Area Manager at Amazon and a career as an Army Officer with a focus on logistics have shaped Stefan's strategic approach to operations management. Educational qualifications include an MBA from ESB Business School and a Diplom Kaufmann from Bundeswehr University Munich.
