Olivier Lambrechts

Olivier is a Belgian citizen, who was born in 1980 in Hasselt. He joined Arxada in 2021 and is responsible for corporate strategy, as well as the transformation, separation and integration programmes.

Before joining Arxada, Olivier was a member of the executive committee at Sibelco – the world leader in industrial minerals. He held numerous leadership roles during his six years with the company, for the build materials division and subsequently the NAM, SAM and APAC businesses.

He was previously an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on integrations and transformations in the industrial space (chemicals, mining, construction materials).

Olivier has a Phd in Applied Economics and a Masters in Business Engineering from KU Leuven (Belgium). Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family and young kids and being active outdoors.
