Philip Young has extensive experience in technical support and engineering, having held various positions since 1995. Currently serving as a Customer Support Engineer - Tier 3 at ARxIUM since June 2001, Philip has also been a Computer Software Support Level 2 at AmerisourceBergen Technology Group. Previous roles include Service Team Lead at AmerisourceBergen, Software Support Technician at Automed, and Network & Desktop Support at CHC Marketing. Philip's background includes server support and technical leadership at Xpedior, as well as performing alpha testing at Baxter Labs. Philip began technical training at the College of Lake County and graduated from Warren Township High School.
