The leaders of Arya have a wealth of experience in human resources, talent management, and business development. They have worked for companies such as Comio India, Intex Technologies, and Navjyoti Commodity Management Services. They have also founded their own company, Arya Collateral Warehousing Services. In addition to their professional experience, they also hold degrees in fields such as PCM, Human Resources Development, and Rural Management from V.S.S.D. P.G. College, the Institute of Management Studies, and the Institute of Rural Management Anand respectively.
