Camille Guenard has a wealth of experience in the education and UX design fields. Camille began their career in 2013 as a School Operations Manager for Teach For America. In 2014, they joined the Houston Independent School District as an Instructor where they used creative problem-solving skills to design interactive and engaging lessons for students. In 2016, they worked as an HR Coordinator for Aly Energy Services, Inc. where they were the primary point of contact for new hire recruitment and onboarding for three locations across Texas. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Instructor for Summit Public Schools (Public Charter Network). During this time, they used problem-based learning to develop students' conceptual understanding of critical mathematic skills and served as a mentor for 26 students. From 2019 to 2021, they were an Instructor for New Mexico School for the Arts where they successfully transitioned their classroom online by utilizing the most effective edtech products to support their students in distance learning. In 2021, they were a Mentor for Ravenswood City School District where they guided four new Teach For America corps members through their first classroom teaching experience. Currently, they are a UX Design Intern for Colgate-Palmolive where they are working on a team to redesign the PDP template for Colgate's e-commerce site to drive conversion and improve usability. Camille is also a Product Designer for Aryeo.
Camille Guenard attended Arizona State University from 2009 to 2013, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management (Entrepreneurship). In 2021, they began pursuing a Master's degree in Human Factors in Information Design (User Experience) at Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In June 2020, they obtained a certification in PBL 201: Gold Standard Project Based Teaching Practices from the Buck Institute for Education.
