Mike Lester has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mike began their career at American Greetings in 1995, where they worked as a District Sales Manager, Account Executive, and Director of Business Development. In these positions, they developed and implemented sales programs and managed relationships with national and regional chain accounts.
In 2005, Mike joined Acme United Corporation as a National Sales and Account Manager. Mike was responsible for managing national and regional accounts in various industries, including hardware, craft, and automotive retail. Mike also built and maintained a national sales group and handled business activities such as pricing and branding.
From 2008 to 2013, Mike returned to American Greetings as a Senior National Account Manager. In this role, they managed high-volume accounts in diverse markets and was responsible for various aspects of the business, including budgets, promotional plans, and sales forecast attainment. Mike also managed team members and developed and maintained relationships with customers.
In 2013, Mike joined Perfect Timing, Inc as a National Account Manager, where they focused on managing key accounts and increasing distribution. Mike then moved to Arylessence, Inc in 2016 and held positions such as Senior Account Executive, Global Account Manager, and currently serves as the Director of International Sales.
Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated expertise in sales, account management, business development, and team leadership.
Mike Lester attended West Virginia University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
