Philipp Siebelt

Philipp Siebelt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Philipp started their career at Moebel Siebelt GmbH in 1997, where they held various positions until 2002. Philipp then interned at Miele & Cie GmbH & Co, Westdeutsche Immobilienbank, and PwC in 2002, 2003, and 2004 respectively. In 2005, they interned at Bain & Company. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at McKinsey & Company, progressing to the role of Partner. In 2017, they became the CEO and Spokesperson of the Board at ARZ Haan AG. Philipp joined Deutsche Apotheker- und Ärztebank - apoBank as a member of the Advisory Board and Representative Assembly in 2018. Since 2019, they have been the CEO and Managing Director at arz.digital GmbH, with their tenure slated to end in 2023.

Philipp Siebelt completed their undergraduate education at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2002 to 2006, earning a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann. In 2005, they also attended SKEMA Business School for a brief period, studying Business Administration from January to April. Later, in the same year, Philipp participated in the MBA program in Business Administration at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from August to December. Philipp furthered their education at Universität Siegen, where they obtained a doctoral degree (Dr. rer. pol.), although specific start and end dates for this program were not provided.
