Philipp Karbach

Philipp Karbach has worked in various roles in the healthcare industry since 2006. Philipp began their career at Siemens Medical Solutions as a Market Intelligence in 2006. In 2008, they moved to ICW AG as a Business Manager Emerging Healthcare, where they were responsible for the development and deployment of working prototypes for tomorrow's healthcare system and the development of working business models in personalized medicine. In 2010, they joined iSOFT as a Business Manager/Assistant of the Management. Philipp then moved to iSOFT Health GmbH in 2012 as a Head of Market & Solutions Central Europe and in 2013 as a Head of Finance (ad interim). In 2014, they became Director of Finance and Administration at i-SOLUTIONS Health GmbH. In 2016, they took on the role of Managing Director at AMW GmbH, where they were responsible for operations including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, HR and IT. Additionally, they also became Owner at Proseeds, where they specialized in companies and business units in challenging situations, such as start-up, double digit growth, loss-making or change of ownership.

Philipp Karbach attended the University of Bayreuth from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Diplom in Health Economics. Philipp also attended the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2004 to 2005, where they studied Health Economics.
