Bill Baird

Bill Baird is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Principal at Tejas Engineering Management, LLC since January 2016, Bill also holds the position of Principal at A&S Engineers, Inc. since October 2006, where Bill previously worked as a Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Carter & Burgess from February 2002 to September 2006 and as a Project Manager at both Brown & Gay Engineers from February 2000 to February 2002 and Turner Collie & Braden Inc. from February 1990 to February 2000. Bill Baird earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston.
