Rafael Agudo

Rafael Agudo is a Partner at AS Equity Partners, where Rafael serves as a member of the Investment Committee and heads Portfolio Operations since 2022. Previously, Rafael held the position of Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group from 2005 to November 2021, contributing significantly to the BCG Transformation & Turnaround and Principal Investors & Private Equity practices, while also being a core member of the Strategy & Corporate Finance and Energy practice areas. Rafael's early career includes roles as a Lawyer at Linklaters and as a Summer Analyst at McKinsey & Co, along with leadership positions in AIESEC. Rafael earned a degree in Business Administration & Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and has partially completed a Master's in International Business Law at Université de Bourgogne.
