Kim Melissa Tautz

Kim Melissa Tautz has a diverse work experience in human resources. Kim Melissa started their career as a Personalreferentin at Kienle + Spiess GmbH in 2006, focusing on personal development. In 2006, they joined WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH as a Personalreferentin/Leitung Studentenprogramme, leading student programs. Kim Melissa then progressed to become the Personalleiterin Standorte Göglingen und Hausach in 2015 and later became the Personalleiterin Standort Göglingen und Gruppe in 2017.
