As You Sow
Daniel Stewart is an experienced professional in the fields of energy, climate, and environmental management. Currently serving as the Energy & Climate Program Manager at As You Sow since September 2018, Daniel has held multiple roles within the organization, focusing on analyzing the business and financial performance of S&P 500 companies. Previous experience includes conducting research at the International Institute of Industrial Environmental Economics at Lund University, where a thesis project centered on Circular Economy strategies in the telecommunications industry. Contributions to UN Environment involved producing a strategic report for agricultural development in Kenya, and consultancy work with Miljöbron focused on sustainability communication strategies for SMEs. Daniel has participated in the Climate-KIC summer school, organized the Belgian branch of 350.org, and interned at CEE Bankwatch Network, engaging in projects related to coal mine region transformation in Europe. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Policy from Lund University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Political Science, and Spanish from the University of Galway.
