Rupesh Thakur

Rupesh Thakur has extensive work experience in the field of risk advisory, GRC (governance, risk, and compliance), and auditing. Rupesh currently holds a role as Manager Risk Advisory at ASA since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Baker Tilly DHC as Manager Risk Advisory Services from December 2021 to October 2022. From January 2019 to November 2021, Rupesh was employed at MGB as a Manager GRC. Rupesh also gained experience as an Assistant Manager in GRC at S G C O & Co. LLP from July 2015 to December 2018. Before that, they worked as a freelancer in auditing from July 2014 to June 2015. Rupesh's previous roles include Assistant Manager Internal Audit at Medley Pharmaceuticals Ltd from January 2012 to June 2014, Associate at Aneja Associates in 2011, and Sr. Audit Assistant at Kulkarni And Khanolkar CAs from December 2005 to September 2010.

Rupesh Thakur's education history began in 1986 when they attended Vidyamandir dahisar and obtained their SSC degree in 1998. Afterward, they pursued further education and joined The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a CA (PE-II) degree. In 2003, Rupesh also obtained a Bachelor's Degree from IT Jobs Updates. Additionally, they enrolled in the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 2009 and is currently pursuing an ACMA degree.
