Betty Kawambwa is a seasoned Human Resource and Administration professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resource and Administration Manager at ASA International since April 2025, Betty previously held positions such as Human Resource Manager at ExpressCredit Zambia and Human Resource & Administration Manager at ASA International Microfinance Zambia. With experience as Chief Human Resource and Administration Officer at Entrepreneur Financial Centre Zambia, Betty has been instrumental in strategic HR initiatives, compliance, and employee engagement.
