Jéssica Machado de Souza is a seasoned System Consultant with extensive experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Operations tools, currently working at Asaas since June 2025. Previously, Jéssica held a role at unico IDtech from February 2023 to June 2025, focusing on the management of various software and CRMs, particularly within operations. At Intelipost, from August 2020 to January 2023, Jéssica was instrumental in establishing the Customer Success Operations (CS OPS) area while managing multiple customer service platforms. Jéssica's expertise also includes a tenure at Class Solutions as a System Consultant for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and an early role at Kenoby, where responsibilities included the creation of a new area for career page improvements.
