Heather Dean, CAE, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Finance and Administrative Officer at ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership since November 2023. Prior to this role, Heather was a Principal at Cordia Partners from October 2020 to November 2023. Heather's extensive experience includes positions as Deputy Executive Director and COO at the National School Boards Association from June 2014 to July 2020, as well as Deputy Executive Director of Programs and Operations at the National PTA from November 2010 to June 2014. Heather Dean is an alumnus of Gettysburg College.
