Roz Lever

Roz Lever currently serves as the Group Chief People & Corporate Affairs Officer and Group Chief Human Resources Officer for Oceania at Asahi Beverages since August 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Vice President Human Resources at Saputo Dairy Australia from May 2018 to July 2021. Roz has held multiple leadership positions at Devondale Murray Goulburn, focusing on human resources and safety from July 2014 to April 2018. Earlier roles include Head of People & Culture at Medibank and various HR management positions at Fonterra from 2004 to August 2013. Roz Lever holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology.
