Previous experience also includes HR management at PepsiCo and an interim HRBP role at Lear Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Psychology & Adult Education from the University of J.A. Komensky and various certifications in psychology and leadership development from institutions such as Charles University and Oxford Leadership.
