Tomasz Maksymiuk is an experienced professional in the brewing industry, currently serving as Group Head of Manufacturing at Asahi Europe & International since September 2021. Prior to this role, Tomasz held significant positions at Kompania Piwowarska SA, including Brewery Director and Procurement Director, showcasing a strong background in operational leadership and supply chain management from May 2011 to August 2021. Tomasz began their career at Kompania Piwowarska SA as Packaging Manager, contributing expertise in production processes from 2007 to 2011. Academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Certificate in Brewing: Principles and Practice from the University of Nottingham (2017-2020) and a Master of Engineering in Food Technology from Akademia Rolnicza im. Augusta Cieszkowskiego w Poznaniu (1990-1995).
