Hitoshi Yoshida

Senior Vice President, Business Support Division at Asahi Intecc USA, Inc.

Hitoshi Yoshida has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Hitoshi started their career at JGC/JGC (USA) Inc. in 1981 and served in various roles until 1991. Hitoshi then joined Tomen Corporation/Tomen Power Corporation in 1992 as Vice President of Business Development, where they managed international bids, due diligence, and operation of independent power projects in various countries. In 2000, they became the Manager of the Energy Department at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting. Hitoshi then moved to General Electric in 2001 as a Master Black Belt, responsible for strategic cross-function and cross-business initiatives, Six Sigma project coaching, and training. From 2003 to 2004, they were the Deputy General Manager of Corporate Planning at Bandai Co., Ltd., where they played a lead role in the Bandai-Namco merger. In 2005, they joined Bandai Namco Holdings USA Inc. as CFO. In 2010, they became the President/CEO of NAMCO USA INC., where they led the company turnaround, established performance review programs, and developed new businesses. From 2012 to 2015, they served as the Managing Director of Namco UK Limited. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Independent Consultant. Currently, since October 2018, they serve as the Senior Vice President of the Business Support Division at Asahi Intecc USA, Inc.

Hitoshi Yoshida attended Keio University from 1978 to 1981. Hitoshi pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus on Econometrics and Labor Economics.
