Hideki Kobori has been with Asahi Kasei since November 2014, where they currently serve as Presidential Executive Officer & Representative Director. Hideki Kobori is responsible for increasing the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of operations at Asahi Kasei, with a lead focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Hideki has also been responsible for designing and fabricating fixtures and tools used in automated assembly systems, as well as leading cross-functional teams to meet aggressive production schedules in a safe, efficient, professional manner.
Hideki Kobori has a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering/Industrial Management from Eastern Michigan University and an Associate of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician from Macomb Community College. Hideki also has a certificate in Business Process Improvement from Schoolcraft College.
