Sam E. Judd

Sam Judd is the Managing Partner at Asana Partners since August 2015, demonstrating extensive experience in real estate development and investment. Previously, Sam served as the Vice President of Real Estate at Sears Holdings Corporation from October 2014 to September 2015, where leadership included overseeing the development subsidiary, Seritage Realty Trust, and contributing to the formation of Seritage Growth Properties. Prior to that, Sam worked at EDENS from May 2005 to October 2014 as Vice President of Investments, focusing on strategic initiatives in the Northeast markets. Sam's earlier roles included positions as Director of Investments and Development Manager at Tri Properties. Educational credentials include an MBA in Real Estate Finance and Development from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in American Cultural Studies from Bates College.
