Grace Liu

Grace Liu is an accomplished product management professional with a strong background in enhancing customer experiences through data-driven personalization and technology implementation. Currently serving as a Product Owner at Asana, Liu previously held the position of Product Manager at Northwestern Mutual, where significant contributions were made to launch the first personalization use case from the Customer Data Platform within four months. Other roles include Tech Project Manager at Americaneagle.com, overseeing a Salesforce implementation for a wine industry client, and IT Risk Management at Anthem, Inc., supporting IT audit processes and contributing to the issuance of multiple SOC reports. Grace Liu holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, as well as a high school diploma from St. Andrew's-Sewanee School.
