Kalpana Chandrasekhar

Kalpana Chandrasekhar currently serves as the Head of Business Operations and Chief of Staff to the Head of Business and COO at Asana, a position held since November 2023. In addition, Kalpana is the Founder of La Salary Salon, which fosters a community for powerful women to share strategies and support each other. Since January 2020, Kalpana has been advising various companies, including Hinge Health and MasterClass, with a focus on scaling operations, team management, and performance frameworks.
