Mike Jordan

Mike Jordan is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management, learning and development across various industries. Currently, as the Head of Employee Growth and Impact at Asana, Mike oversees global strategies for talent and performance management, employee relations, and organizational culture. Prior roles include Global Head of Talent and Learning at HP, where Mike focused on executive development and organizational effectiveness, and Senior HR Business Partner at DigitalGlobe, where key contributions included managing change during an acquisition and improving employee onboarding processes.
