Rilwon Jaiyeola

Rilwon Jaiyeola (MBA) currently serves as the Enterprise Director for Middle East at Okta, recognized as the world's leading identity platform. In addition to this role, Rilwon is a member of the Board of Directors for The Global Game Jam, which hosts the largest game creation event globally. As the founder of Tech Source Africa, Rilwon provides a platform for aspiring tech talents to develop networking and leadership skills. Rilwon co-founded GoFar Recruitment, focusing on diversity and inclusion in talent acquisition, and served as a mentor and coach for BLIX Network. Prior experience includes significant positions at Pluralsight, Citrix, eCOMM Merchant Solutions, Google, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Rilwon holds two MBA degrees in Business Administration and International Business, along with a Diploma in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business in Accounting.
