Susan Bates

Susan Bates possesses extensive experience in medical practice administration and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Operations at Best Care Treatment Services Addiction Medicine Clinic since April 2024. Prior to this role, Susan held the position of Manager of Practice Operations at Asante from November 2018 and served as Administrator at Ashland Orthopedic Associates from October 1993 to November 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Southern Oregon University, alongside a degree in Innovation and Leadership from the same institution, and an Associate’s Degree in Business and Psychology from Rogue Community College.
