Tami Garcia

Tami Garcia, MBA, has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, having worked at Asante since April 2007 in various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager Interim and Manager of HR Operations. Tami specializes in recruiting for hard-to-fill nursing positions, including specialized and leadership roles. In addition to roles at Asante, Tami serves as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Alex's Story, a nonprofit organization focused on fentanyl awareness and prevention, since October 2022. Tami holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Southern Oregon University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree and minors in Communication and Psychology from the same institution.
