Alisher Y. is a highly experienced professional in the fields of AI Security, Privacy Assurance, and Technology Risk Management. Currently serving as the Head of AI Security & Privacy Assurance at ASAPP since February 2021, Alisher has also taken on roles such as Interim Head of Security Assurance and Senior Staff Engineer in Security Assurance. In addition to a position as an AI Business Fellow at Perplexity and AI Safety Advisor at The CyberNest, Alisher is an active member of The CISO Society. Prior experience includes over a decade at PwC, where Alisher directed technology risk assurance, led numerous projects for Fortune 500 companies, and specialized in various industry sectors. Alisher holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and an Executive Master of Business Administration, along with additional training in Human Performance from Flow Research Collective.
