Jeffrey Cochran

Jeffrey Cochran is a seasoned software engineer with substantial experience in security and software development. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer in Security at ASAPP since August 2019, Jeffrey conducts security design reviews, manages SAST tooling, and actively participates in architectural reviews while developing secure libraries and tools. Previously at Forcepoint, Jeffrey held positions as Software Engineer III and Software Engineer II, where responsibilities included productizing analytics and security technologies and enhancing a web proxy product to address modern threats. Earlier career experiences include roles at Sony Computer Entertainment America, General Growth Properties, and The Center for Decision Technology. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Game Design and Simulation Programming and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from Stevens Institute of Technology.
