Mackenzie Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and client services. Currently serving as VP of Customer Engagement at ASAPP since January 2019, Mackenzie has held various leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Customer Engagement and Implementation Management, as well as Director of Customer Success. Prior to ASAPP, Mackenzie worked at IPONWEB as Sr. Solution Director of Client Services and held multiple positions at Merkle, including Director of Client Engagement and Assoc. Mackenzie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Harvard University and is an alumna of St. Margaret's Episcopal School.
