Preethi Ramdas

Preethi Ramdas serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at ASAPP since December 2022, focusing on expanding the Engineering, Product, and Tech teams to support the company's mission in developing machine learning-powered products. Prior to ASAPP, Preethi held multiple roles at PayPal from January 2019, including Talent Acquisition Leader for Product and Platform Engineering and Head of APAC University Relations, leading extensive hiring strategies and initiatives across India, Singapore, and China. Preethi's experience also includes a Senior Manager position at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, managing tech talent acquisition and university hiring, and various HR leadership roles at IMS Health and Target, contributing significantly to recruitment strategies, employee engagement, and process improvement in significant tech hiring environments. Preethi earned a degree from Christ University, Bangalore.
