Ravi Patel

Ravi Patel is a Senior Director of Engineering at ASAPP since August 2019, leading the establishment and growth of Engineering teams to enhance the Integration and Delivery function for deploying Generative AI solutions in Fortune 500/100 Enterprise contact centers. Prior to ASAPP, Ravi held various leadership positions at AirFind from June 2014 to August 2019, where responsibilities included serving as Director of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer, focusing on mobile technology innovations. Ravi's career also includes roles as an MVNE Integration Consultant at Ultra Mobile, an SS7/SIGTRAN Integration Consultant at Aerialink, and Director of Solutions Architecture at Prove, along with a progressive tenure at Optiva Inc. from 2004 to 2011. Ravi holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Management from McMaster University and completed secondary education at Caulfield Grammar School.
