Olivera Smiljkovic

Olivera Smiljkovic has a diverse range of work experience. Olivera is currently working at ASAR Digital as the Global Talent Sourcing Director since November 2022. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing an offshore team of recruiters. Olivera also develops communication and marketing plan resources, as well as campaigns to source and attract top talent.
