Andrzej Guzek has extensive experience in IT support and training, currently serving as a Service Desk Engineer and Service Desk Expert at Asavie since August 2015. Previously, Andrzej worked as an IT Coach/Trainer and Technical Support Analyst with Cpl Jobs Ireland, where responsibilities included mentoring agents, overseeing hardware and software installations, managing Active Directory, and addressing escalated issues to ensure optimal service delivery. Additionally, through a secondment with Hewlett-Packard, Andrzej prepared key performance indicator reports, participated in global support discussions, and contributed to projects aimed at improving help desk efficiency. Andrzej holds a Certificate of Competences as a Technician in IT and Graphic Design from the Collective of Electronics and Informatics Schools.
